Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8-10 pretzels
  • 24 red M&Ms
  • 48 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • First things first: preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, Biscoff cookie butter, sugar, salt, and eggs. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, blend everything until the dough is smooth and well-mixed.
  • Scoop out small portions of the dough using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop. Place each portion on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten the tops with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
  • Now for the fun part: press two pretzel halves into the top of each cookie to create reindeer antlers.
  • Pop the cookies into your preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; you want them soft and slightly underbaked for that chewy texture.
  • Once out of the oven, press a red M&M into the center of each cookie for the nose. Add two mini chocolate chips above the nose to make those adorable eyes. The warmth will help the candies stick perfectly.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once they’ve set, they’re ready to serve.
