How to Make Reindeer Cookies

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8-10 pretzels
  • 24 red M&Ms
  • 48 mini chocolate chips

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, Biscoff cookie butter, sugar, salt, and eggs. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, blend everything until the dough is smooth and well-mixed.

3. Scoop out small portions of the dough using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop. Place each portion on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten the tops with the back of a spoon or your fingers!

4. Now, press two pretzel halves into the top of each cookie to create reindeer antlers.

5. Pop the cookies into your preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them; you want them soft and slightly underbaked for that chewy texture.

6. Once out of the oven, press a red M&M into the center of each cookie for the nose. Add two mini chocolate chips above the nose to make those adorable eyes. The warmth will help the candies stick perfectly.

7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once they’ve set, they’re ready to serve!

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes

  • Keep cookies slightly underbaked for a soft, chewy texture.
  • Use a cookie scoop for even-sized cookies.
  • Press M&Ms and chocolate chips while the cookies are warm so they stick.
  • Let cookies cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
