Leftover Turkey Cheesy Buffalo Dip

This Lazy Turkey Buffalo Dip is creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor. A perfect way to use leftover turkey for an easy Thanksgiving or game day appetizer.

Leftover Turkey Cheesy Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Cook or bake the turkey ahead of time. Remove skin and bones, then shred the meat into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 7×11-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
