This Turkey Cheesy Buffalo Dip is a great way to use leftover turkey after Thanksgiving or Christmas. What I love most is that this dip is “lazy” in the best way—just shred some turkey, mix everything, bake it, and you’ve got a bubbling, cheesy dip ready to share.

How to Make Leftover Turkey Cheesy Buffalo Dip

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

Step by Step Guide

1. Cook or bake the turkey ahead of time. Remove skin and bones, then shred the meat into small pieces.

2. In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3. Spread the mixture evenly into a 7×11-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F for 25 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.

Serve and Enjoy!

Let cool slightly. Top with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
