Ingredients

  • 4 Mini croissants
  • 4 Slices French bread halved
  • 4 Slices Deli Ham rolled
  • 6 Slices Salami
  • 2 Slices Deli Style Cheese quartered
  • 3 Slices Provolone halved
  • ¼ cup Pickle slices
  • ¾ cup Lettuce Spring Mix
  • 1 Roma Tomato sliced
  • ½ Red Onion peeled and sliced
  • Mayonnaise in ramekins
  • Mustard in ramekins

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your cheeses, tomato, and onion.
  • Start building the board - Croissants go at the top, a little to the right.
  • French bread slices get layered at the bottom left.
  • Pop your mustard and mayo in small bowls and place them in the center area.
  • Layer in the lettuce and tomatoes wherever they look good and add a pop of color.
  • Fold your salami.
  • Roll the ham slices.
  • Cheddar slices go on the right, and provolone up top near the croissants.
  • Tuck in pickle slices and onion wherever you have gaps.
