No Bake Lemon Oreo Balls

These Lemon Oreo Balls are an easy no bake dessert made with crushed Lemon Oreos, cream cheese, and a smooth vanilla coating. They have a soft center with a light lemon flavor and a simple candy shell on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 36 Lemon Oreos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces yellow candy melts
  • 24 ounces vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and blend into fine crumbs.
  • Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the balls on the lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt the vanilla almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring between each one.
  • Dip each Oreo ball using a fork. Spoon melted almond bark over the top and tap off the extra.
  • Place back on the parchment paper and let set for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the yellow candy melts the same way.
  • Pour into a piping bag and snip a small tip off the end.
  • Drizzle over the Oreo balls.
