Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • cup chopped pecans (save 1 tablespoon for topping)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, and maple syrup until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is light and dreamy.
  • Pop it in the fridge for about an hour so it sets up just a bit.
  • Sprinkle the reserved pecans on top, and you’re ready to serve!
