Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz tube of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ⅔ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • First things first, get your oven preheated to 400°F. While it’s heating up, grease a muffin tin. This is key so the pizza puffs don’t stick!
  • Unroll your pizza dough and cut it into 12 squares (don’t stress if they’re not perfect, just make sure they’re roughly the same size). This part is so simple, even the kiddos can help!
  • Now, pop each dough square into the muffin tin. Gently press down to form little dough cups.
  • Start by adding a bit of mozzarella cheese at the bottom of each dough cup. Next, spoon in a little pizza sauce and sprinkle in some mini pepperoni.
  • Top it all off with a bit more cheese and a sprinkle of garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Pop the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the dough is golden brown. Your kitchen is about to smell AMAZING!
