Lay 4 slices of pepperoni in a row, slightly overlapping.
Fold the entire row in half lengthwise (you’ll end up with a flat edge on the bottom).
Starting at one end, gently roll the folded pepperoni into a spiral—it’ll look just like a little rose!
Carefully slide your pepperoni rose onto a skewer.
Add a fresh basil leaf.
Finish with a marinated mozzarella ball.
Repeat for the rest of your skewers.
Serve right away or pop them in the fridge until party time!
