These Philly Cheesesteak Phyllo Bites are finger-food appetizers made with roast beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and melted provolone cheese, baked inside crisp phyllo shells. Great for parties, holiday trays, or family gatherings when you want an easy finger food everyone can enjoy.

Philly Cheesesteak Phyllo Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 slices roast beef from deli diced small
  • ½ cup finely diced green pepper
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • ½ - ¾ cup finely diced mushrooms
  • 1 ½ tsp Weber Savory Steakhouse seasoning
  • ½ cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 30 Phyllo Shells

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop your veggies and the roast beef.
  • Add the green pepper and onion to a skillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring to slightly soften.
  • Add the roast beef, mushrooms and seasoning to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half the cheese.
  • Fill the phyllo shells with the mixture, the top with a little more cheese.
  • Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!
