Queso Dip

This 4-ingredient oven-baked queso dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s the ultimate party snack or quick-fix appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, diced
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Chop up your cream cheese into small chunks (they melt better that way).
  • Add the pepper jack cheese and Rotel into your baking dish. Scatter those cream cheese cubes on top.
  • Pop it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out, give everything a good stir, and slide it back in for another 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, serve it up hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, pretzels, or even fresh veggies.
