How to Make Queso Dip

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, diced
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Step by Step Guide

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Chop up your cream cheese into small chunks (they melt better that way).

3. Add the pepper jack cheese and Rotel into your baking dish. Scatter those cream cheese cubes on top.

4. Pop it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

5. Take it out, give everything a good stir, and slide it back in for another 10 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!

Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, serve it up hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, pretzels, or even fresh veggies.

And there you have it! Tortilla chips are the classic go-to, but if you’re watching carbs, try it with sliced bell peppers or celery sticks for a low-carb crunch. Whether you’re hosting game night, need a quick potluck recipe, or just want to treat yourself to something cheesy and warm after a long day—this dip is always a good idea.
