Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz deli-sliced corned beef
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and pressed dry with a paper towel
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Sliced green onions for topping
  • Triscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat your cream cheese until it's smooth.
  • Add the chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Spray a small baking dish or pie plate with non-stick spray, then spread the dip mixture into the pan.
  • Pop the dish into the oven for 15-20 minutes. The dip is ready when the cheese is all melty and bubbly, with a few golden brown spots forming on top.
  • Once it’s done, sprinkle some green onions on top (if you like a little extra flavor and color), and serve with Triscuits, your favorite crackers, or crusty bread.
