These Nutter Butter Santa Cookies are a fun no-bake Christmas treat made with cookies, almond bark, and simple candy decorations. Perfect for holiday cookie trays or school parties.
Melt the almond bark in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
Line a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip one end of the cookie in almond bark for Santa’s hat and the other end for his beard. Shake off the extra coating.
Sprinkle the red sanding sugar on the hat end. Place the cookie on parchment.
Quickly press on a white chocolate chip at the tip of the hat. Add a red candy nose with a little almond bark as glue. Place two mini chocolate chips for the eyes. Repeat with all cookies.
Let them set for about 1 hour until the almond bark is firm.
