These Sheet Pan Beef Tater Tot Nachos are an easy, cheesy, and family-friendly meal with crispy tater tots, seasoned beef, and melted cheese—great for a quick weeknight dinner or game day snack.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tater tots evenly on the pan and bake until golden and crispy, about 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
While the tots are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, cooking and breaking it apart until browned, about 7–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook for 1–2 minutes more until the seasoning is absorbed.
Remove the tater tots from the oven and drizzle with queso. Top with the seasoned beef and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Serve right away!
