These Charcuterie Skewers are a simple, no-cook appetizer with salami, cheese, grapes, pickles, and cherry tomatoes. Quick to assemble and great for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces thin sliced salami
  • Assorted cubed cheeses
  • About 6 gherkin pickles chopped
  • Red and/or green grapes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Long bamboo skewers about 4.5-5 inches long

Instructions

  • On each skewer, start with a cheese cube and a grape.
  • Add two slices of salami, rolled or folded.
  • Add a piece of pickle and a cherry tomato.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
