These Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Soy Spareribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, sweet, and savory with just the right amount of sticky glaze—made with simple pantry ingredients and zero fuss!
In a small bowl, mix the onion powder, paprika, and cumin. Rub it all over the ribs—don’t be shy!
Mince the garlic and stir it together with the dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey until smooth. Brush it generously over the ribs, but save some for later!
Cut the ribs in half so they fit more easily, then place them in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours—until the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Brush the ribs with the reserved marinade every hour or so if you can.
