Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey chopped or shredded
  • 2 cups frozen mixed veggies
  • 15- ounce can diced potatoes drained
  • 10.5- ounce can cream of celery
  • 1- ounce envelope turkey gravy
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 6- ounce box turkey stuffing made according to package instructions

Instructions

  • Add the turkey, mixed vegetables, and diced potatoes to your slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the cream of celery, turkey gravy, chicken stock, and heavy cream.
  • Pour the mixture over the turkey and veggies.
  • Spread the prepared stuffing on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Scoop and serve warm.
