Smash Burger Tacos
These Smash Burger Tacos are an easy and tasty weeknight meal. Juicy beef patties cook right on soft tortillas, topped with melty cheese, a creamy sauce, and fresh lettuce and onions. Great for family dinners!

Ingredients
For the Smash Burgers

lb.
ground beef
Salt and pepper
to taste
8
small flour tortillas
½
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking oil for frying
For the Sauce
½
cup
mayonnaise
¼
cup
dill pickle relish
2
tbsp
Dijon mustard
1
tbsp
white vinegar
½
tsp
paprika
½
tsp
onion powder
½
tsp
garlic powder
Toppings
1
cup
shredded iceberg lettuce
¼
cup
chopped onions
Instructions
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 8 equal balls.
Press each beef ball flat onto a tortilla using your fingers.
Heat a skillet with a little oil. Place the tortilla in the pan, meat side down. Press with a spatula and cook for 1.5–2 minutes.
Flip it over, sprinkle on mozzarella, cover, and cook another 1.5–2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, relish, mustard, vinegar, and spices. Stir until smooth.
Add shredded lettuce and chopped onions on top of the burger, drizzle with sauce, and fold like a taco.
Serve warm and enjoy!
