Ingredients

  • 11 oz Ghirardelli White Premium Baking Chips
  • 2 oz Freeze-Dried Strawberry Slices
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Jet-Puffed Bits Vanilla Marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons Red & White Heart Edible Confetti (Michaels)

Instructions

  • Start by crushing up the freeze-dried strawberries and adding them to the bottom of your square molds.
  • In a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate baking chips. Be sure to keep the heat low and stir until the chocolate is silky smooth.
  • Spoon the melted white chocolate over the strawberry bits in each mold. Then, pop in your red and wooden-colored spoons.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle mini marshmallow bits and heart confetti on top. If you want to be extra precise, food tweezers can help you place the hearts just right.
  • Place the filled molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Once set, remove the chocolate squares from the mold.
