This Taco Bowl is a quick and easy Tex-Mex inspired meal made with seasoned ground beef, fluffy rice, fresh vegetables, and all the classic toppings like cheese, salsa, sour cream, and crunchy tortilla chips.
Cook the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning. Add a splash of water if needed.
Place half of the cooked rice at the bottom of each bowl, then top with seasoned beef and shredded cheese.
Add lettuce and tomato on the side of the bowl.
Spoon sour cream and salsa into the center.
Finish with green onions and crushed tortilla chips on top.
