Vanilla Wafer Pencils
No-bake Vanilla Wafer Pencils made with crispy vanilla wafers dipped in pink candy melts and finished with a mini chocolate chip “lead.” A quick and adorable back-to-school snack kids will love!

Ingredients
- 1 package sugar free vanilla wafer cookies
- ¼ cup pink candy melts
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by lining your work surface with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, trim the corners off one end of each vanilla wafer cookie to form the pointed tip of the pencil.
- Melt the pink candy melts and dip the flat end of each wafer into the pink coating. Let it set and harden.
- Next, melt the white chocolate and dip the pointed tip of each pencil, then quickly press a mini chocolate chip onto the tip to create the pencil “lead.”
- Place the pencils on the parchment and allow them to fully harden before handling.
