How to Make Vanilla Wafer Pencils

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 1 package sugar free vanilla wafer cookies
  • ¼ cup pink candy melts
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Step by Step Guide

1. Start by lining your work surface with parchment paper.

2. Using a serrated knife, trim the corners off one end of each vanilla wafer cookie to form the pointed tip of the pencil.

3. Melt the pink candy melts and dip the flat end of each wafer into the pink coating. Let it set and harden.

4. Next, melt the white chocolate and dip the pointed tip of each pencil, then quickly press a mini chocolate chip onto the tip to create the pencil “lead.”

5. Place the pencils on the parchment and allow them to fully harden before handling.
