Veggie Pizza Dip

This Veggie Pizza Dip is a creamy, no-crust twist on the classic veggie pizza. Serve chilled with your favorite crackers or veggies for a fresh and flavorful snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 tbsp broccoli, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp cucumber, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp carrots, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp red bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dry ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread this creamy mixture evenly into a shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle your chopped broccoli, cucumber, carrots, and red bell peppers on top of the creamy base. Follow with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese for that final cheesy touch.
  • Cover your dish and let the dip chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This gives the flavors time to meld together and makes the dip easier to scoop.
  • Once chilled, serve your Veggie Pizza Dip with an assortment of dippers—crackers, pretzels, sliced veggies, or anything else you love!
