Ingredients

  • 7 oz sliced salami
  • 6 oz sliced prosciutto
  • 8 oz round brie cheese
  • 7 oz wedge brie cheese
  • 8 oz block pepperjack cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Thin sliced cheese, cut into smaller squares
  • Assorted round crackers
  • Rectangular or square crackers
  • 2 cups trail mix
  • Stuffed manzanilla olives
  • Pitted black olives
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • Mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • Red, black, and green grapes
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • Fresh sage and rosemary for decoration

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the pepperjack cheese into 1-inch cubes and slicing any other cheeses you plan to use. You can use star cookie cutters to make fun shapes from the cheese slices. For the brie cheese round, cut out a star shape and fill the center with cranberry sauce, jam, or honey.
  • Next, let’s get creative with the salami! Lay out a few slices in a line and then roll them up to create charming salami roses. Secure them with a toothpick, and you can adjust the size of your roses by varying the number of slices you use.
  • Now it’s time to get assembling! Use fresh herbs to create an outer circle on your board, forming the base of your wreath. Then, make a smaller circle in the center for your cranberry brie.
  • Start by placing your ingredients on the board, positioning the cranberry brie in the center, adding the salami roses on opposite ends for balance, distributing the assorted crackers, trail mix, and olives around the board, and filling in the gaps with your cheese cubes and slices.
  • To make your board truly festive, roll or fan out the prosciutto and place them on opposite sides. Then, fill any remaining spaces with fresh fruit.
  • Finally, add some extra cranberry sauce and honey on the side for drizzling.
