  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley and basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Step by Step Guide

1. Pat your chicken dry and season it generously.

2. Sear it in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through, then set aside.

3. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté the garlic, then stir in broth, cream, and parmesan. Let that simmer into saucy.

4. Toss in your sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, seasonings, and that leftover chicken seasoning (if you have any). Taste and adjust as needed.

5. Add the chicken back in, spoon that creamy sauce over the top, and simmer for a few more minutes.
