My personal FAVORITE recipes change as often as the seasons, and the current season is summer… so this list of my top favourite recipes on the site reflects that. (I’ll change it up this fall!)

You might notice that my favorites RARELY include the sweet things… because I lean salty.

10. Poor Man’s Casserole – cream cheese, noodles, and ground beef… these are the things that comfort food are made of.

9. Nutter Butter Owl Cookies – cookies, not my favourite, TBH. But owls? Definitely up there… so these adorable cookies make my current list based strickly on their adorableness and not their cookie-ness. (It’s no fun to cook only for yourself, and these are extremely sharable.)

8. BBQ Ranch Chicken Pasta Bake Casserole – easy meals are what I’m all about. If you’ve gone through the content here, you won’t find a ton of meals that take hours to make. And this one – if you do it my way, which is to use shredded chicken (which I ALWAYS have in my freezer) – takes WAY less time than you’d think.

7. Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins with Blue Cheese Drizzle – we eat these ALL the time… only I make a few modifications: we use sweet potatoes, real blue cheese, add bacon, and ranch as the drizzle. OK, it’s a lot of modifications. But totally worth it, lol.

6. Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Mushrooms – I absolutely adore stuffed mushrooms… but I need to make a confession: I hate jalapeno, and I never add it to my stuffed mushrooms. (Jalapeno aside, the recipe is amazing.)

5. Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders – I am a sucker for philly cheesesteak. (I am a sucker for sliders. What can I say?)

4. Mexican Street Corn Nachos with Creamy Lime Sauce – This recipe was new to me when one of our cook-creators presented it… but she had me at “creamy lime sauce”. Sold.

3. Chocolate Chip & Banana Pancake Muffins – This is a slight variation on my mom’s banana chocolate chip muffins, and the kids and I bake these more often than we bake anything else on this entire website.

2. S’more Cookies – if I WAS to choose a dessert or sweet treat to make for myself, this would be it. And then I would eat them all, and regret it a little bit.

1. Spinach Dip. – Spinach dip is always on the list… no matter the season. (But I do make it much more often between September and May than I do during the summer.)
