How to Make Cucumber Sandwich Bites
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. First, peel the cucumber in stripes—peel a strip, skip a strip, peel a strip—so it looks pretty. Then slice it into 24 even rounds.

2. Cut the cheddar and ham into quarters.

3. Load up your piping bag with the whipped cream cheese (or use a spoon!), then pipe a little dollop onto 12 of the cucumber slices.

4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top.

5. Fold the ham quarter in half twice so it fans out a bit and pop it on top of the cheese.

6. Place another cucumber slice on top to make a cute little sandwich and secure it all with a toothpick.

7. Serve right away, or pop them in the fridge until it’s snack time!
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Choose a firm cucumber for best results—soft or overly ripe cucumbers will make the sandwiches watery.
- Whipped cream cheese spreads more easily and gives a nice fluffy texture, but regular cream cheese works too.
- These bites are best served the same day you make them, but you can prep the components ahead and assemble later.
- Feel free to mix it up—swap in turkey, use flavored cream cheese (chive is amazing!), or try a slice of provolone instead of cheddar.
- Store the assembled cucumber sandwich bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
