1. In a large bowl, add the chicken, 1 tablespoon oil, and all seasonings. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.

2. Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook for about 7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to scrape up the bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes.
6. Add the chicken back to the pan and let it cook for 5 more minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve warm.
