Important Recipe Notes
- For Chicken choice, you can use either boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Thighs are slightly juicier, while breasts are leaner.
- Pound the chicken evenly to about 1 inch thick. This helps it cook evenly and stay juicy.
- Reserve some garlic butter for the spaghetti to keep it flavorful. Don’t use it all on the chicken.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular ones.
- Fry the chicken over medium heat to ensure the chicken cooks through without burning the coating.
- Toss the spaghetti with garlic butter and mozzarella immediately after draining to create a creamy, flavorful coating.
- Best to serve it with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon.
