Important Recipe Notes

  • If you don’t have Lo Mein noodles, spaghetti or other long pasta can be used. Just cook according to package instructions.
  • Freeze your steak for 30 minutes before slicing – it makes cutting thin strips much easier.
  • Fresh broccoli is best, but frozen works too. If using frozen, steam it first in the microwave instead of boiling.
  • Taste and adjust the sauce before adding it to the pan. Add more soy sauce for saltiness, or a little chili sauce if you like spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
