How to Make Ruler Rice Krispies
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Unwrap each Rice Krispy treat and gently press it into a more rectangular shape. Use a bench scraper or the edge of a spatula to help keep the sides straight and neat.

2. Melt the black candy melts, then pour them into a piping bag.

3. Snip a small hole at the tip of the bag and pipe ruler-style tick marks along one long edge of each treat. Vary the lengths of the lines to mimic a real ruler.

4. Let them sit for about 10 minutes, or until the candy melts are fully set.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use store-bought Rice Krispy treats to save time, but homemade ones will work too—just make sure they’re firm enough to hold their shape.
- Be sure the black candy melts are smooth and fully melted before piping for clean, even lines.
- Snip a tiny hole in your piping bag tip—you can always cut it larger if needed.
- Let the decorated treats sit at room temperature until the candy hardens completely (about 10 minutes) before stacking or storing.
