How to Make Sheet Pan Thanksgiving Dinner

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment.
2. Mix your stuffing: In a bowl, combine melted butter, onion, celery, egg, broth, and seasonings. Toss with bread cubes and spread on half the pan.


3. Season the turkey: Mix butter with spices and slather it all over the turkey tenderloin. Nestle it right on top of the stuffing.
4. Toss the diced sweet potatoes with butter, honey, and brown sugar. Spread onto ¼ of the pan.

5. Finish with the brussels: Toss halved brussels with oil, garlic salt, and pepper. Add them to the last quarter of the pan.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the turkey hits 165°F inside.


7. Garnish with parsley and cranberries. Slice the turkey and plate it up.

- 2 tsp poultry seasoning

- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
