  • 12 oz package cubed stuffing mix
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium apples, diced small
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the celery and onion and cook until tender.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked celery and onion with the stuffing mix, chicken broth, apples, cranberries, and seasonings. Stir well.

4. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and heated through.
