How to Make DIY Christmas Charcuterie Cups

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 30 pieces of salami
  • 6 cracker slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 blackberries
  • 18 grapes
  • 6 rosemary sprigs
  • 6–12 club crackers
  • 6 gherkins
  • 6 red & green Christmas charcuterie cups
  • 24–30 mini skewers
  • Star cookie cutter

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Add a sprig of rosemary to each cup.

2. Cut stars out of the cracker slices of cheddar cheese and discard the excess cheese.

3. Fold each piece of salami in half twice.

4. Then skewer 4–5 pieces onto a mini skewer. Add these to the cups.

5. Skewer a cheese star along with a couple of blackberries and add to the cups.

6. Add a gherkin to a skewer and place it in each cup.

7. Skewer 3 grapes and add them to the cups. To create different heights, cut a bit of the skewer so the grapes sit lower in the cup.
