Step-by-Step Guide
1. Chop your lettuce, and slice the tomatoes in half.
2. Arrange the Phyllo Shells on a plate or platter.
3. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped lettuce, and bacon pieces to a medium bowl, and stir well to combine.

4. Fill each Phyllo Shell with some of the filling. You can use a spoon, or a piping bag.

5. Add a tomato half to the top of each filled Phyllo Shell. Then sprinkle a few bacon bits over the top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

- 8 cherry tomatoes halved
