1. Shred the cheddar cheese, and chop the pimientos.
2. In a bowl, add the whipped cream cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise.

4. Add the Pimiento.

5. Add the hot sauce.

6. Add Cayenne Pepper.

7. Add the Cheddar Cheese.

7. Mix everything well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours so that the flavors will blend together.

8. Once ready to serve, start by slicing the bread on and angle into 24 pieces, roughly ⅓ inch slices.

9. Arrange slices of bread on a platter, and spread about a teaspoon or so of cheese mixture onto each one.

5. Top with bacon pieces.

- 2 tbsp bacon pieces
- 1 loaf baguette bread, sliced
