How to Make Candy Corn Oreo Truffles
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. First things first—get those Golden Oreos crushed up! You can use a food processor or toss them into a ziplock bag and go to town with a rolling pin or meat mallet.

2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese. Mix it really well until it’s nice and smooth.

3. Roll the cookie mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size (or a little bigger if you prefer). Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Pop that tray into the freezer and let them chill for about an hour.

5. Melt your yellow and orange candy melts in separate bowls, following the package instructions. Once melted, remove your Oreo balls from the freezer.
6. Dip half of the balls into the yellow candy melt and the other half into the orange. Place them back onto the parchment paper and immediately top each truffle with a candy corn.

7. Give them a little time to settle, and then you’re ready to enjoy!
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use softened cream cheese to make it easier to mix with the crushed Oreos and create a smooth, creamy center.
- Chill the truffles – Freezing for about an hour helps them hold their shape when dipping in candy melts.
- Crush Oreos thoroughly – A food processor works best, but a rolling pin in a ziplock bag works too. Make sure there are no large chunks.
- Candy melts harden fast, so dip and top with candy corn right away.
- You can use different colored candy melts for a fun twist or to match your party theme.
- To store, keep truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
