How to Make Pecan Rolo Pretzels
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 275°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Arrange the pretzels on the tray, spacing them out about an inch apart.

3. Top each pretzel with an unwrapped Rolo. Bake for 2-4 minutes—just enough to soften the Rolos without fully melting them.

4. Remove from the oven and press a pecan half onto each Rolo, gently pushing it down to spread the chocolate.

5. Cool completely on the counter, or speed things up by placing them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Watch the baking time carefully! Rolos should soften but not fully melt. If your Rolos are room temperature, bake for about 2-3 minutes. If they’re chilled, bake closer to 3-4 minutes.
- Use any small pretzel shape that can hold a chocolate on top — pretzel snaps, twists, wafers, or crisps all work great.
- You can swap pecans for walnuts, almonds, or macadamia nuts to suit your taste.
- Toasting pecans beforehand will enhance their flavor and add extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
