Important Recipe Notes

  • Use Rotisserie Chicken for Convenience – Pre-cooked, shredded chicken saves time and makes this salad ready in just 15 minutes.
  • You can change the iceberg lettuce for romaine or mixed greens, and add or omit veggies to your liking.
  • Dice the avocado just before serving to prevent browning.
  • When combining the salad and dressing, toss gently to keep the avocado and feta from breaking down too much.
  • Optional Add-Ins – Nuts, seeds, or dried cranberries can be added for extra texture and flavor.
  • Serve immediately after tossing for the freshest taste, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 day.
