Step by Step Guide

1. Start by melting your caramel bits with the heavy cream in the microwave. I like to do it in 30-second bursts, stirring in between so it melts smoothly without burning.

2. While that’s happening, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep things clean.

3. Next, grab a grape, pop a toothpick in it, and dip it straight into the luscious caramel. Let the extra drip off, then roll it in those finely chopped peanuts for that perfect crunch.

4. Place it on your lined sheet and repeat until you’ve dipped all your grapes.

5. Give them a bit to cool and set.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes

  • Use firm, fresh grapes for the best texture and flavor. Wash and dry them thoroughly before dipping.
  • Work quickly when dipping grapes into the caramel to prevent the caramel from hardening too fast. If it thickens, gently warm it again.
  • Chop peanuts finely so they stick better and give a nice crunch without overpowering the grapes.
  • Let the grapes cool completely on parchment paper so the caramel sets properly and doesn’t stick.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 1-2 days for the freshest taste.
  • You can swap peanuts with other nuts or crushed cookies for different textures and flavors!
