How to Make a Christmas Gum Drop Fudge
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. First, line a 9×9-inch square baking dish with wax or parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir frequently until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. This will only take a few minutes, but keep an eye on it so the chocolate doesn’t scorch!

3. While the chocolate is melting, chop the gumdrops into halves and quarters.

4. Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Then, gently fold in the chopped gumdrops until they’re evenly distributed throughout the fudge.

5. Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula. Pop it in the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours.

6. Once the fudge has set, lift it out using the parchment paper, and cut it into squares.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- For the creamiest fudge, use good-quality white chocolate chips.
- Chop Gumdrops Evenly: Cutting the gumdrops into similar-sized pieces ensures every square has a bit of candy.
- Stir the chocolate and condensed milk constantly over medium heat to prevent scorching.
- Let the fudge set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze for longer storage.
