Ingredients you’ll need for cookie dough
Ingredients you’ll need for the topping

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until well mixed.

3. Crack in those eggs and add the vanilla extract. Mix until everything is smooth and creamy.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix—you want your cookies tender, not tough!

6. Fold in your crushed Oreos.

7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop generous balls of dough onto your lined baking sheet. Leave enough room for them to spread out as they bake.

8. Pop your cookies into the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
9. After about 5 minutes of baking, pull the cookies out and place a jumbo marshmallow in the center of each one.

10. Return the cookies to the oven for another 5-8 minutes, until the marshmallows are soft and slightly golden.

11. Once your cookies are out of the oven, while they’re still warm, press a square of Hershey’s chocolate right into the center of the marshmallow.

12. For the finishing touch, sprinkle a bit more crushed Oreos on top. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve & Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Let the melted butter cool slightly before mixing it with the eggs. You don’t want hot butter to cook the eggs.
- Don’t overmix the dough. Mix just until the flour is incorporated to keep the cookies soft and chewy.
- Crush the Oreos into a mix of small pieces and crumbs. This gives you little chocolate cookie bits throughout the cookies without making the dough too dry.
- Keep plenty of space between the cookies on the baking sheet since they will spread as they bake.
- Watch the marshmallows closely. They can toast quickly, so keep an eye on them during the final few minutes.
- Add the Hershey’s chocolate while the cookies are still warm. The heat from the marshmallow and cookie will help the chocolate soften slightly and stick.
- Let the cookies cool before moving them. They will be very soft when they first come out of the oven and will firm up as they cool.
- For extra Oreo flavor, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos over the marshmallow and chocolate before serving.
- For the best texture, enjoy these cookies while they’re slightly warm and gooey.
