Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure the bowl you use for melting chocolate is safe for the microwave to avoid accidents.
- Chocolate can burn quickly. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Let the first chocolate layer chill for at least 30 minutes before adding the white chocolate layer so the layers stay distinct.
- For best results, chill the fudge for at least 4 hours or overnight before cutting into squares.
- To customize the toppings, you can use nuts, crushed candy canes, or different sprinkles instead of the Christmas sprinkles for variety.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze the fudge for up to 2 months.
