How to Make Cookie Dough Snowman Truffles
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Heat your flour (at 350°F for 5 minutes) to make it safe to eat raw. Let it cool completely.
2. Whip up the cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add vanilla and mix for 1 minute.

4. Then mix in the flour and salt.

5. Finish with milk to achieve a soft dough texture, and gently fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.

6. Scoop the dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and chill for 10 minutes.

7. Put your white chocolate melts in a large microwave-safe bowl and warm them in 30-second intervals until they are liquified.

8. Dip each dough ball into melted white chocolate, letting the excess form a “snow puddle” at the base. Chill again for 10 minutes.

9. Once the snowmen have solidified, melt your black chocolate using the same heating steps as above. Put the black melted chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole on the tip.
10. Pipe on black chocolate for eyes, smiles, and an orange sprinkle nose.

11. Attach the 1 Reese’s cup to 1 Oreo cookie using the black melted chocolate to create the snowman’s hat. Once it is dry, attach the hat to the top of the snowman’s head using the same black chocolate. Tilt some of the hats.

Serve and Enjoy!
