How to Make The Mr. Grinch Charcuterie Board
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Use a round 4-inch cutter to cut a circle out of cheddar cheese for the eyes. For that extra detail, trim out a small wedge from the middle of the cheese circle to create that signature Grinchy look.

2. For the pupils, simply slice a dark grape in half and place it in the center of the cheddar rounds.
3. Lay the salami in a semi-circle above the Grinch’s eyes to form his hat. For the trim, cut cheddar cheese into small ½-inch cubes, and for the “pompom,” roll a piece of cheese into a ball and place it at the tip of the hat.

4. Let us assemble the grinchs face. Place your green grapes in the center of your serving plate to form the face. Arrange the eyes in place on top of the grapes.

5. Add those signature frowning brows by positioning small fir tree branches above the eyes.
6. Add the beard and the mouth: Drape prosciutto below the Grinch’s face to form his beard.

7. For the Grinch’s scowl, slice a strip of red chili and arrange it on the grapes like a crooked mouth.

8. If you have extra space on the board, scatter some more grapes, cheese cubes, or any other favorite bites. Feel free to add crackers or veggies on a separate plate or tuck them in around the edges if your board allows.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use a round cutter for the eyes and trim a small wedge from the center to get that classic Grinch look.
- Make sure to wash and dry the grapes well. Green grapes form the face, and dark grapes work best for the pupils.
- Wrap the Prosciutto gently around the beard to keep the texture soft and visually appealing.
- Slice the red chili thin for the crooked mouth, and adjust the size depending on your board.
