How to Make Christmas Pretzels
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts according to the package instructions.

3. Use a fork to lower each pretzel into the green candy melts, making sure it’s fully coated. Gently shake off any excess candy before placing the dipped pretzel on your parchment-lined sheet.

4. While the green candy coating is still soft, press a red heart sprinkle onto one side of each pretzel.

5. Let the candy coating harden in a few minutes. You can speed up the process by popping the tray in the fridge for about 10 minutes, or let them sit at room temperature until they’re firm.
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure to microwave in short bursts (15–30 seconds), stirring in between, so the candy doesn’t overheat or seize.
- Use a fork or dipping tool to coat pretzels evenly and tap off any extra candy melt before placing them on the tray.
- Press the heart sprinkle gently while the coating is still soft, so it sticks well.
- If you’re in a hurry, pop the tray into the fridge to speed up the hardening process.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Avoid humid areas so the candy coating doesn’t get sticky.
- This recipe is easy to double or triple if you’re making them for a party or gifting.
