Italian Hoagie Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is packed with pasta (of course), three kinds of deli meat, provolone cheese, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a pepperoncini. Then it all gets tossed in a creamy Italian-style dressing. It’s fresh, zesty, and filling—everything you want in a cold pasta salad.

How to Make Italian Hoagie Pasta Salad
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Chop the meats, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncinis.
2. Cook the pasta. Follow the package instructions until the pasta is tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down. Add to a large bowl.

3. Make the dressing. In a small bowl, stir together the mayo, Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a little salt and pepper.


3. Mix it all together. Pour the dressing over the noodles and mix until well coated.

4. Add the rest. Add your chopped meats, vegetables, and cheese. Mix everything together.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, give it another stir and sprinkle with parsley if you like.

Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure the pasta is fully cooled before adding the dressing. Warm pasta can soak up too much and turn soggy.
- Since this is a pasta salad, you want bite-sized pieces of meat, cheese, and veggies so every bite has a little bit of everything.
- You can add more or less dressing depending on how creamy you like it. You can also swap in your favorite meats or cheese—turkey, mozzarella, or even banana peppers work great!

- 3 slices Genoa salami chopped
- 3 slices ham chopped
- 12 slices pepperoni cut in half
- 3 slices provolone cheese chopped
- ¾ cup chopped lettuce
- 15 cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 3 pepperoncinis sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
