Important Recipe Notes
- Try to pick Brussels sprouts that are close in size so they cook evenly. Cut larger ones in half if needed.
- Use Thin-Cut Bacon: Thin bacon crisps up faster and wraps easily around the sprouts.
- Please don’t Skip the Parchment Paper: It makes cleanup easier and prevents the maple syrup from sticking to your pan.
- Turn the sprouts halfway during baking so the bacon cooks evenly and gets crispy on all sides.
- Add more or less maple syrup depending on how sweet you like it.
- Wrap the Brussels sprouts and refrigerate them up to a day in advance. Drizzle with maple syrup and bake when ready to serve.
- These are best served warm, right out of the oven, for the crispiest texture.
