Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure not to overmix the batter; it keeps your muffins light and fluffy.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
- Muffins store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
- You can change chocolate chips with chopped nuts if you want a little crunch.
- For a more intense pumpkin flavor, try adding 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg or ginger.
